Dizi, Amerikan Özel Kuvvetleri olan Delta Force'ta görev yapan bir grup üstün yetenekli, güvenilir ve cesur askerin/ajanın hayatlarını konu alıyor. Çıktıkları çok gizli görevler ve askeri operasyonlar dizinin aksiyonu bol geçmesini sağlarken elemanların özel hayatları ve eşlerinin yaşadıkları olaylar diziyi bambaşka bir havaya sokuyor.
