Seinfeld, 1989-1998 tarihleri arasında NBC televizyonunda yayınlanmış bir komedi, sitcom dizisidir. Toplamda 9 sezon yayınlanmıştır.
"Hiçbir şey hakkında bir şov" sloganıyla yayınlanmış Seinfeld, yayınlandığı dönemlerde reytinglerde hep ilk sıralarda yer almıştır. Dizide geçen replikler Amerika'da günlük hayatın bir parçası olmuştur.
Dizi, Jerry Seinfeld ve arkadaşları George Costanza, Elaine Benes ve Cosmo Kramer'ın günlük hayatta ki komik maceralarını konu alıyor.
Jerry bir komedyendir. Arkadaşı George ise girdiği her işi batıran, yalancı, her zaman kaybeden bir adamdır. Elaine ise zamanında Jerry ile çıkmıştır ve yakın arkadaş olarak kalmışlardır. Dürüstlüğü sebebiyle sürekli başını belaya sokar, erkek arkadaşlarından ayrılmak zorunda kalır. Dizinin en çatlak karakteri ise Jerry'nin kapı komşusu Kramer'dır. Jerry'nin evini kendi evi gibi kullanmasıyla ve kapıdan girip direk buzdolabına yönelmesiyle meşhurdur.
Seinfeld yayın hayatı boyunca bir çok ödül kazanmıştır. Onlarca kez Emmy'e aday olmuş, ondan fazla Emmy ödülü kazanmıştır.
