Medium, ilk 5 sezonu NBC, 6. sezonu CBS kanalında yayınlanmaya başlayan bir gerilim, drama dizisidir. Türkiye'de Dizimax kanalında yayınlanır. Dizi, medyumluk yapan Allison Dubois'in gerçek yaşam hikayesinden uyarlanmıştır.
Allison, evli ve 3 çocuk annesi, geleceğe dair imgeler görebilen, ölmüş insanlarla iletişim kurabilen, ayrıca hukuk okuyan bir medyumdur.
Genellikle olaylar, Allison'ın gece yarısı geleceğe dair imgeler içeren bir rüya görmesiyle başlar. Yaptığı ilk iş ise bölge savcısı Manuel Devalos'u haberdar etmektir. Phoneix Bölge Savcılığın'da danışman olarak çalışan Allison'ın bu özel yeteneğinden sadece bir kaç kişi haberdardır. Allison, bu özel rüyalar dışında olay mahallinde de bazı imgeler görebiliyor. Ama bu rüyalar ve imgeler genellikle parça parça olduğu için bunları birleştirip çözmek hiçte kolay değil. Parçaları birleştirme konusunda da Dedektif Lee Scanlon devreye giriyor.
Medium, dizinin başrol oyuncusu Patricia Arquette ile 2005 yılında "Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series" dalında Emmy ödülü kazanmıştır. Dizi 3 kez de Altın Küre'ye aday gösterilmiştir.
