CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Tanıtım Yazısı
CSI, yani Crime Scene Investigation, Amerika Kanada ortak yapımı bir polisiye gerilim dizisidir ve CBS kanalında yayınlanır. Dizinin Las Vegas'ta geçmesi sebebiyle diğer bir adıda CSI: Las Vegas'tır. Türkiye'de Kanıt Peşinde adıyla TRT ekranlarında gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca Digiturk Dizimax kanalında yayını sürmektedir.
CSI dizisi, FBI'ın "Olay Yeri İnceleme" ekibini konu alıyor. Cinayet mahallini araştıran ajanların kanıt toplamalarına, ipuçları ve kanıtları birleştirip bulmacaları çözmelerine büyük bir heyecan ve merakla tanık oluyorsunuz. Olayları çözerken kullanılan tekniklerin çok çeşitli olması sebebiyle dizinin tek düze gitmesi önlenmiş.
Dizinin iki tane de spin-off'u vardır. Bunlardan ilki 2002 yılında yayınlanmaya başlanan CSI Miami ve 2004 yılında yayınlanmaya başlayan CSI New York'tur.
Dünyanın en çok sevilen ve seyredilen, izlenme rekorları kıran dizilerinden biri olan CSI, toplamda 40 ödül kazanmış, 95 kez de aday gösterilmiştir. Bu ödüllerden dördü Emmy'dir, 24 kez de aday gösterilmiştir. Altın Küre Ödülleri'ne de 6 kez aday gösterilmiştir.
